As his wife stays grounded, a York County man will soon be soaring across Italy.

Not too long ago, I went out to meet Larry Bunner, who showed me his hang glider. He’s been hang gliding for 36 years, and his wife is usually the one following him on the ground in a car to pick him up. Bunner will compete against 152 other pilots in the World Hang Gliding Championships coming up this month in Italy.
Not shabby for a 57-year-old man in retirement!
